Amaiva can provide carers to help and support you or your loved ones in receiving focused, reliable, and responsive care. All of our team members have extensive knowledge and undergo robust and continuous training.

Our Story

The Amaiva Care Group was born with the desire to provide a Domiciliary Service that is truly person-centred and where individuals can enjoy having assistance, as opposed to the thought of their independence being taken away. We believe that individuals should feel 100% in control. The Amaiva Care Group has learnt from their years working in the care industry that seniors, the elderly and other individuals want reliable care that is not rushed yet delivered with minimum disruption to their lives from a carer that enjoys their role and they feel comfortable around them.

What makes us stand out?

Our family portal allows authorised family members and advocates access to read the care notes and see the schedules, promoting transparency and collaboration.

We ensure a 30-minute window on either side of the scheduled call time, eliminating prolonged waits for essential care. 

We've made a conscious decision not to offer 15-minute calls because we believe that effective care requires time. We promote meaningful communication, interaction, and care, where individuals don't feel rushed during their experience. Our call times start from 30-minutes and can increase to the required time needed, and as many calls as needed. 

We build trusting relationships by assigning regular carers to each client. 

As well as safe and effective care, we believe it's also the little things that matter; our carers listen and deliver. Whether it's preparing a cup of tea just the way the client likes it, folding the laundry to their preference, addressing spur of the moment needs, like popping to the shop, walking the dog, organising newspaper deliveries, or simply taking the time to chat about the client's day. Our carers strive to make each day brighter by being a friendly face and a listening ear.
