We believe quality care takes time. That’s why we do not offer 15-minute visits. Instead, our care visits start from a minimum of 30 minutes, with flexibility to extend as needed.
We also allow a 30-minute window either side of the scheduled visit, helping to avoid rushed appointments and unnecessary waiting. This approach ensures care is delivered with dignity, calmness and respect — never at speed.
